- 150 gram chicken meat
- 4 pcs dried red pepper
- 1/2 T. cornstarch
- 2 pcs spring onions
- 1/2 T. soy sauce
- 2 T. peanuts
- 2 T. oil
- 1 bag Gon-Bao sauce

- Cut the chicken into cubes, marinate with cornstarch and soy sauce. Let stand at least 10 minutes
- Cut scallion and pepper into 4 cm pieces.
- Stir-fry peanuts until golden brown and put them aside.
- Heat 2 T. oil, stir-fry pepper until dark in color.
- Then add chicken and stir-fry until caramelized.
- Add the Gon-Bao sauce and the spring onions, stir-fry and mix thoroughly for 3 minutes.
- Remove to plate and sprinkle peanuts over the dish.
