The ideal sauce for the Chinese cuisine!

Serving 2-3 persons

Ingredients Procedure
  • 150 gram tofu
  • 150 gram minced pork
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 T. oil
  • 1 bag Ma-Po sauce
  • Cut the tofu into 2cm cubes.
  • Cut the spring onions in 1cm pieces.
  • Heat oil, stir-fry minced meat until done.
  • Add tofu and let it cook for 1 minute.
  • Sprinkle with sprint onions and add Ma-Po sauce.
  • Mix thoroughly and let simmer for 1 minute.
  • Remove to a plate.
Tips
Leave out the pork for a tasty vegetarian dish, or use vegetarian minced meat.
